Mood stabilizers and antipsychotics

I am on both mood stabilizers (Epitec and Lithium) and an antipsychotic injection (Clopixol). I am having really bad side effects from the antipsychotic (no energy, zombie, weight gain, excessive sleeping). Did anyone stop antipsychotics and just take mood stabilizers for bipolar? Or is it more of a “once on antipsychotics always on antipsychotics” type situation? Has anyone titrated off antipsychotics (with Doc help)?
