Bad blond men and good brunet men in fiction

Anyone ever noticed how in a lot of films and TV shows, there are often bad blond guys and dark haired good guys?**

The ASOIAF franchise is no exception, and it holds even within the Targaryens; the good ones are:

Jon Snow (GOT)

Jace (HOTD),

and in AKOTSK, Valarr (that might get misspelled).

Of course there are some bad dark haired guys, but blond guys seem to be antagonists more often than not
