I pause to honour a journey that has spanned five years in the noble profession of Company Secretary. What some may call “destiny,” I see as a path written long ago—when the abbreviated form of my name, KCS, quietly foreshadowed the road I would walk, twenty-five years back.

This profession has been more than a career; it has been a teacher. It taught me the sting of failure, the sweetness of success, and the balance between the two. It shaped me not merely into a professional, but into a human being—humble in spirit, proud in purpose, and patient enough to endure life’s inevitable struggles.

I do not share this moment to indulge in nostalgia, but to acknowledge a profound realisation: that the role of a Company Secretary has been my crucible, forging resilience, wisdom, and grace.
