Movie that starts with a WWII re-enactment, that gets interrupted by a phone ringing
Okay this will be pretty vague, and I apologise. But I've been rattling my brain on it for a few days and Google is completely useless (it seems to omit "re-enactment" from my searches)
All I remember of the movie was it started with a WWII scene. I think some people were taken prisoner. I remember one of the Americans yelling "Gut morgen!" to a German. At one point they're all fighting (I think) and someone's cellphone rings. They all stop, look annoyed, and it turned out to be a re-enactment. I have absolutely no idea where the movie progressed from there.
Other details: It was live action, American, came out around...I'm really not sure, but I watched it around 2010ish if that helps. I vaguely think it was set in LA, but not sure.
Wish I could provide more details, but I'm hitting a blank. It's been annoying me for some time so huge thanks to whoever helps solve it!
