tetrahydrozoline eyes drop are compatible with all types of stimulants?

They’re the drops that constrict blood vessels in the eyes, like Lumify or Rohto Lycee. Since amphetamines tend to do the same thing, my eyes usually end up even redder when I combine the two even though they’re supposed to be white. I don’t know if there’s a specific risk, but it does raise my blood pressure.
