New to OLED, I have questions :)

Hello, just bought / recieved my new Alienware AW2725D ( switching from a MAG272CQR ) and so far so good it's a big leap, but I am a worried consummer and I didn't find data about how long it takes to have burn for example , I try to never stay more than5mn on the same screen, and I don't know if perma HDR can reduces lifespan aswell, otherwise I perform the pixel refresh every 3/4h as the manual says, should it be ok ?
