This type of argument annoys me

"But a genocide happened under communism"

People died under the path to communism, but that does not make communism bad. Genocides can happen in any form of government that existed until now. Which, btw, does not include communism, which never existed yet.

Famines are not a genocide btw. A genocide is by Definition a targeted killing of a specific group of people.
