Best FD backed credit cards ?

Cibil Was 771 which came down to 737 bcoz i applied for almost all banks and NBFC who offered credit card (i know i should not have done that)

Need fd back card bcoz i have settled credit cards 5 year ago with sbi,hdfc,rbl and kotak. Now i am not getting any approval from these bank So i want to be their customer again and maybe then they will give me a card again after sometime. Tbh I don't know if this will work... I am just taking my shot

I have bob cashback credit card with limit of 85k which is offering nothing to me.

I can put 15-20k for fd amount.

Benifits i am looking for:-

International Lounge access is a must

Discount on Flight booking (although i have 10% discount on my debit card)

Discount on movie tickets

Discount on Zomato or Swiggy

Discount on online shopping like flipkart,myntra etc

In short a good all round credit card.
