London - making a wish

I'll be shopping in London this week and have a few specific pieces I want to purchase. I've only ever shopped in Paris but live in the UK.

I would also like to make a wish for a MK.

Has anyone made a wish in London recently? Can I just ask my SA on the first visit? Do I tell the host "I'm looking for X, Y and to make a wish"?
