how do you actually review mistakes ??

i’m so so stressed my lnat is on october 23rd and im getting 20-22 in mock tests i’ve been revising since july and nothings changed
when ive done like 3 passages i look at the explanations and write down why i got it wrong and keep those in mind when doing the next one
but it’s not working does anyone know what i should do with just over a month till my exam i feel really cooked and have lost almost all motivation i want 28-30 💔💔
