Habitats

What do you keep in your scenery storage? Mine is all habitats right now, and I’m wondering why I’m keeping them. I never switch them out, and when I save up enough to open a new habitat, I get plenty from gift boxes and games. Any reason to keep? Should I keep scenery pieces instead? Curious what everyone’s approach is with this.
