I ruined my life..

I moved from one brand to another to sell new and used.

Pay plan is not as good, tiered front end starting at 10%, 5% back no matter how many units sold. There is a large sales team.

I left because I was told there was a x,xxx$ base salary, which seemed better than my previous draw. The reasoning for the salary is because some used cars have 0 gross, and there is no flats on units sold.

Checked my commission for August. I delivered 8 units. Statement says -$900 in draws. I am getting paid around commissions $1,400 for the month. If I delivered the same about at my last store I would have made at least 6k. I really messed up. Not sure what to do now.
