System-wide issue? Also, opt out of the arbitration clause!!

I opened the app this morning after receiving notice of an offer. This is after I got the email, also this morning, telling me to read and accept the new T&Cs. The app had logged me out and will not let me log in with my email and password. From comments on another post this morning, it sounds like this is happening to others.

Also, PLEASE OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE!! Arbitration always benefits the corporation, never the consumer. There is simply no reason to accept it. It's very easy to opt out--you just fill out a a google form.
