How to bypass or fix Cloudflare challenge loops on ChatGPT

ChatGPT keeps getting stuck on the Cloudflare check for me. I get the “Please unblockchallenges.cloudflare.com to proceed” message, go through the usual checks, and then end up right back at the same screen.
I've tried refreshing and restarting the browser, but nothing seems to stick. Has anyone actually found a fix that stops the loop rather than just making it work once?
It's especially weird because ChatGPT works normally for me on some connections but not others.
