Zoho sales iq and zoho crm confusion (new to sales iq)

my question is we have zoho crm and zoho sales iq , there are basically 2 flows one is outbound and another is inbound i want to understand outbound is basically when we get a lead on crm i want crm to add a pre approved template message to customer and if they reply to it i want zobot to reply to it (i want to understand how can i make this work) , i understood of sending pre approved template to customer via workflow but after that if they reply how does sales iq bot know to start converstion and second is inbound basically customer texts something and our bot needs to start conversation and i want to understand should i create 2 different bots for these or can i do both flows in one bot and i also want to understand what are some best practices in this
