Physio said there’s a big spasmy knot near bladder

Im back at pt for bladder issues (constant pressure)
My pt has found that near my bladder area I have a big old muscle knot
It burns a lot after she stretched it
Has anyone else had this and do they know how long it takes to get rid of.
I’ve been with my pt for a while now :(
