In August of this year, police uncovered a case involving a foreign national who manufactured counterfeit U.S. dollars in Mongolia and illegally obtained jewelry and other goods worth $250,000 through fraud. Based on my estimates, they could face 5 to 12 years in prison or even a life sentence in a maximum-security facility enduring harsh conditions without proper heating or cooling while performing heavy manual labor. Ultimately, the precise sentence will be decided by the court once the full extent of the damages is officially determined 😥

Some foreigners assume Mongolia is strictly about nature and nomadic lifestyles. However, the country maintains strict laws and a high level intelligence and surveillance system. Even a woman close to you could potentially be an intelligence operative hahah Foreign nationals who break the law or engage in espionage are swiftly exposed and face severe penalties, often being apprehended right at the airport before they can flee.

Therefore, I strongly advise against violating Mongolian laws or compromising the safety and security of its citizens
