How to have more option in Brothel Shows?

I used to have more than the first option and could do the sex machine etc (the ones worth $1500). I missed a day and couldn't attend in time so i had to pay a fee.

The next time I try to set up a show, it reverts back to only the first show and no other options. How do I get the other options back?
