NZ business owners: could I pick your brain for 10 mins?

I’m building a project around NZ online retail and I’m looking for business owners who’d be willing to have a short chat with me about how they currently sell online, how customers discover their products, and some of the challenges they face.

I’m deliberately not going to explain the project in the post because I don’t want to bias the answers I’m getting.

I’m not selling anything and I’m not looking for customers. I’m genuinely trying to understand the problem from the retailer’s side before I build too far in the wrong direction.

Ideally looking for people who run an NZ business with an online store, particularly independent/smaller retailers, but I’m interested in anyone’s opinions. Even consumers if you have read this far and would be open
