Table Saw Alignment Stuggles

I have a Steel City cabinet table saw. I have trouble keeping the top aligned. I have a dial gauge that fits in the miter slot and I can loosen the four bolts and get it dialed in perfectly with no trouble, but invariably it pretty quickly gets somehow knocked out of alignment. I’m not rough with it, nobody else uses my shop, but it still gets out of alignment regularly. I tighten the bolts as tight as I’m comfortable doing, probably to the point that I risk stripping something.

Any suggestions?
