Beginner’s Advice

I will be getting my Associate’s in Business Administration this November. I made the decision to get my Bachelor’s in Accounting. I was given a timeframe of a year and a half to finish the rest of my credits needed.

I would like to get advice as far as how I should navigate my journey in Accounting. Is there anything I should be doing now? Anything I should do as I get closer to obtaining my Bachelor’s? Any skills I should develop? Any certifications I should get?

I am brand new to the world of Accounting. If there’s any advice or help I can get from how others started their Accounting journey and how they started their career, it would be much appreciated.
