HELP! Frame doesn't power on

Please help! It is only 4 years old, no red light and no response at all. I tried hard resent, where you hold the power button down unplugged, nothing. Unplugging and plugging each wire, nothing. This seems too new and expensive of a TV to die so fast. QN65LS03BAF model
