4th injection didn’t go well

As the title says I’ve done all my other injections with no problems but for some reason today just wasn’t it. I was having a hard time hyping myself up before hand and when I would go to inject it wouldn’t go in.

When I finally got it, I think I got like maybe 1/2-3/4 of the needle in and stopped, I couldn’t push it anymore it just wasn’t going anywhere, I injected there and left it for 10-15 seconds afterwards like I usually do but when I took it out it looked like a LOT of my dose came out. So should I try a double dose or just leave it how it is?
