UK residents, how have you accessed Repatha?

I am contemplating going privately to access Repatha. I have FH and NHS guidelines class a 50% reduction of LDL from baseline as successful statin treatment. However, I am not happy with my levels and trying to see what my options are. Does anyone have experience of accessing Repatha or PCSK9i in the UK. What was your experience or pathway. Where can I find how much out of pocket it would be? Thanks!
