Currently being tortured right now.

I got the NECA Godzilla 1962, but the ball joint is very clearly FAR too big to fit into the socket, and heating and soap are not working at all. Not sure what to do, rather not cut up my figure if possible, but I can do it if absolutely necessary.

Any suggestions?
