How do you dispose of cat litter in a rented apartment? — Akkulam/Trivandrum

They used to collect it in my previous stay. Here they don't.

I was looking at flushable litters, but they're quite expensive and I'm not sure if it's actually flushable as they claim? If anyone has used these , which brand would you recommend?

I have two cats so there's a considerable amount of litter waste. Is there any collection point where I can drop it in a bag periodically ( near ulloor/ akkulam)?

Thanks in advance
