Collectors Resource?

Hey all. I recently ordered two frames from a website called Collectors Resource (https://thecollectorsresource.com), since I heard they had good frames for loose connecting covers. Unfortunately, after three weeks of straight to voicemails, no email responses, and a general lack of communication for tracking, I am wondering if there is somewhere else to turn for these kind of frames or I should just cut my losses and try to get my money back. Does anyone have experience buying from them? Any advice?
