Early arrival request still pending (Sproul)

I requested an early arrival for Sunset Village Courtside next Sunday the 13th which is less than a week but I haven’t heard back from them and i just called housing and sproul front desk and they both are saying they don’t handle it. Are request normally approved really last minute? or should i be worried :/
