Looking for a non vanilla psycasts expanded mod to gradually and permanently increase my psycasters sensitivity

I am wanting to do a run focused around a specific psycasts form "cooler psycasts" that scales with sensitivity. It creates temporary clones of the caster minus implants and gear, the duration of which scales with sensitivity. So I need a way to get sensitivity and eventually create a legion of clones!
