Tide with bleach causing itching

I have been using Tide with Bleach (liquid) for years. Lately I noticed it is causing itching. Is Tide with Ultra Oxi Boost a different booster than the Bleach? I thought they were both oxidized. Also, any recommendations? I was thinking of a free & clear product with or without a booster added.
