Pre-pharmacy requirement for uofs

Question?

Hi! Is there anyone familiar with USask PharmD admissions who could help me understand this?
I’m completing my pre-pharmacy requirements at the University of Regina. I already took MATH 110 and got lower grade. I’m considering taking MATH 103 to fulfill the math requirement with a better grade.
My main concern is: would taking MATH 103 after already completing MATH 110 negatively affect my application in any way? Would admissions look at it like I purposely took another/easier math course just to improve my grade for admission?
If I get a much higher grade in MATH 103, would that actually help my admission average, or could having both MATH 110 and MATH 103 on my transcript?

If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows how USask Pharmacy handles this, I’d really appreciate your advice!

Thanks:)
