Girls, what actually makes you interested in a guy?

Genuine question for the girls here 😂
Forget height, money, looks and all the usual answers for a second. What is that one thing a guy does that makes you think “okay, I actually want to know this guy”?
Like what makes you notice him in the first place, and what makes you actually want the conversation to continue?
And if you met someone you really liked, what would you consider a good beginning to a relationship? Like how would you want the story to start naturally?
Just curious because I feel like guys spend way too much time guessing what girls actually want 😭
