Questions about East Slope townhouse🙏🏻

I’m currently deciding between East Slope town house or a private accom off campus.

I’ve been given Bodiam 31 and told I’m on the first floor does this mean the ground floor like where the kitchens are? I’ve only seen a camber house and don’t remember seeing a room in the ground floor idk if bodiam is the same.

Also how many fridges? I can’t find anything on the townhouses only the flats Amberly/lullington
