Looking for a Reliable AWD Car Under $10k

I’m looking for a reliable used car for around $5k-10k. I’d actually prefer AWD if possible.

I drive a lot of highway miles, but also deal with a decent amount of stop-and-go traffic after work. I’d like something naturally aspirated with decent pep. Doesn’t need to be fast, just something that doesn’t feel painfully slow. I’d like to keep it under 100k miles, but I’m open to something higher if you think it’s worth it depending on the motor.

I’d prefer something that’s reliable and easy to maintain. I don’t really care if it’s a stick or automatic, although a manual would be fun.

Late 90s/Early200s to current is fine. What cars should I be looking into?
