Need advice

Got a chance to work at Adani International Airports as a Trainee ILHBS (Baggage Screening) for an year and after completion of training and achieving the necessary certifications will be converted to an FTA for 3 more years. Main thing is that I can't leave my job in between. If I do so then I do need to pay a huge amount to the company. I would like to know about the work and whether I should go with this or not? Help me out guys.
