Pre-third round follow-up questions
Hey everyone, I'm looking for advice about a position I'm interviewing for. I have a third-round interview scheduled for next week. The organization's recruiter has been my point of contact throughout the process.
I am wondering about 2 things:
- Is it appropriate for me to reach out to the recruiter to ask for feedback from the second-round panel interview so that I can continue improving and preparing for the next round? What are the norms for asking for feedback while still in the interview process?
In the recruiter's email about scheduling the third interview, they mentioned that they heard the interview went well. I would love to hear what the panel thought and any points for improvement moving forward.
- I would also like to ask them if there is anything in particular I should prepare for specifically in the third round. It is only scheduled for 30 minutes and is with one of the Org's VPs.
I have my normal pattern/ schedule for prep, but is asking more about what to expect in the next round acceptable?
Thanks for all your help and guidance!
