Bubbly Basin: House issue after the latest update

Does anyone else have trouble spawning in their underwater home after the latest update (today) in Pokopia?

My Ditto’s home in bubbly basin is underwater and also underground, right under the Pokemon Center. Before the update, when I logged in or returned to town, I always appeared inside my home room, either on the bed or in front of the door.

I downloaded the latest update today (ver 2.0.1), and now I end up spawning on the ground above my underwater home instead, which is quite high above my underwater house.

This is really frustrating because I connected my storage system, kitchen, and workbench to my home room, so now I have to swim over to my home to access my resources every time instead of spawning directly inside.

Has anyone else experienced this, or found a fix?
