English-taught Bachelor in Marrakech? GEC, HEEC, or something else?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice for my brother. He’s trying to figure out what to study next after his previous school didn’t work out, and we’re looking at options in Marrakech.
He’s interested in cybersecurity, digital marketing/e-commerce, finance, or business in general. We came across GEC Marrakech and HEEC Marrakech, but I’m having trouble finding clear information about the language of instruction.
We’re specifically looking for a private school with a Bachelor/Licence that is actually taught in English, not just a French program with a few courses in English. Most public schools probably won’t be an option for him, so we’re mainly looking at private ones.
Does anyone here study at GEC or HEEC, or know someone who does? Are any of their Bachelor programs fully taught in English? And if you know of any other good private schools in Marrakech that offer English-taught programs in business, finance, marketing, or cybersecurity, I’d really appreciate the recommendations.
