Best RC to taper off of 70H?

Been battling this 7OH addiction for 2 years now. I want it gone more than anything. But in highschool I was really bad off the fent percs. Even lost a homie to them and got in a lot of legal trouble. Eventually I got clean and had 6 years under my belt until I hear about this 7 oh shit and honestly didn’t know exactly what it was. A buddy of mine gave it to me and it was off to the races ever since. I went to detox in July and was able to stay clean for about 3 weeks but the withdrawals and tremors last so long for me it was brutal. Worst WD I’ve ever experienced by far. So I relapsed. But just wondering if anyone else has had success in tapering off 7OH and what seems to be the best RC for it. Thank you
