Need some advice on handling pressure from family and school

Hey so I am in class 10th and have been getting alot of pressure from my family , teachers and tuition alike for studying and scoring good etc. All of this has made me really stressed and i don’t know what to do. I feel like i want to make my parents happy by getting good grades but it is taking a toll on me and I like struck and don’t really know how to handle it
