Any founders here struggling to get their first paying customers?

I’m looking to help a few founders who already have a paid product but are struggling to get customers.

Ideally, you already have something people can buy today: SaaS, software, or another online product with actual pricing. Not looking for free products or projects that are still pre-launch.

I’ve been helping founders find people on Reddit who are already talking about the problems their product solves, then reaching out to those people directly instead of doing random cold outreach.
