32M Canadian looking to chat and make friends

Hey I'm a 32M and l'm looking to chat and make some friends. work from home and have noticed lately that don't socialize as much as used to. It's definitely been hard on me lately because can feel myself becoming more lonely and it's affecting my mental health. 

For my hobbies enjoy going to the gym (what I do the most really and have been consistent for years), I enjoy being out in nature either hiking or camping. I also enjoy reading and playing video games but lately have been trying to use my time more to upskill for work.
