Hubnashville Trashcan Lid

Hello!

I have filed 4 requests now with hub Nashville to get waste services to come fix my trashcan lid. They each get closed by waste services saying the can is not out. The can has been out on my driveway where they pick up my trash every Wednesday. We also have a camera angled to the end of my driveway that picks up all vehicle traffic and no truck has driven by.

Does anyone have any other advice as to how I can get his resolved?
