Tekken 7 DLCs Unlock on Steam

Hi, I was wondering if I can buy the base Tekken 7 on steam and then download the DLC files from Fitgirl and co etc to bypass and unlock the rest of the characters.

Is this possible? I have never messed with steam due to fear of getting VAC Ban registered on my main account.
