Is there a command that just displays a stopwatch time that is immune to "mute command block messages"?

I know how to make a Stopwatch and the command:

/stopwatch query minecraft:(custom stopwatch)

Causes the time to be displayed.

But if you have the gamerule set so command block messages don't appear, it also mutes the Query command.

So I was just wondering if a command exists like a "tell" command that is like:

/tell @a display:text[minecraft:(custom stopwatch)]

But one that actually works.
