Recently diagnosed - have had ncs surgery

I’m recently diagnosed . I’m
60 and got ncs surgery earlier this yr . It seems mals symptoms worse since ncs . Dr thought might improve . I’ve had GI pain entire life . I’ve not lost weight . Pain , bloating , sweating , bp issues , dizziness main symptoms . I’m going block soon and hope will give me relief. ? Do all who have this feel pain when palpate area where compression is ? Surgeon asked me to press it during phone consult but I’ve no clue if right place ? Honestly mine feels deeper through to spine. Does anyone feel like torso pressurized? It’s awful .
