Looking for a house; 198 Charlie II Ave, beach-facing lot.

I have checked the Steam library, but haven't found anything that would work for me, so far. Granted, there are thousands of houses, so share you favs.

Thank you!

Reqs:

• 3 bedrooms, 2+ baths
• Not too big of a house (not a McMansion, fitting the existing styles, not occupying the lot from border to border)
• no basement (in my game it is terribly glitchy, paras can't interact with each other at all in the basement rooms)
