Looking for input from those who relocated from MN

I’d like to get some feedback from people who have come from MN (we’re in central MN) or even WI to FL.

We are looking at the St. John’s or Nassau County areas.

Biggest shocks? COL? Schools?

We really like those areas but have heard it’s expensive in FL, especially Homeowners and car insurance and property taxes.

Husband would be keeping his remote job/salary, so that’s helpful.
