When does the stomach issues go away?

No matter what I throw at my stomach or what ever I eat it seems like my digestion not working. 17 hour fast and still bloated and gurgling and on pain . Took 2 gas x and hasn't don't shit. Also took a laxative 2 days ago while it did help with constipation but my stomach is just a mess.
