Middle School Halloween Party Help.
My daughter has been homeschooled for the last two years due to anxiety over school. She was finally ready to go back to 8th grade this year and wants to have a middle school Halloween party at our place. We have plenty of space with a quarter mile driveway that leads to our house and a 3000 sq ft metal barn that is two stories high at the rafters. I'm not cleaning out my entire barn for it but I want to make the half that I'm setting up for them fun and if it's warm enough part of the yard. What are some ideas for decorations and food that aren't too cringy/expensive but still celebrate Halloween. I figured I'd have the projector set up on the side of the barn with some young teen friendly horror movies, our driveway lights purple and orange, a table with drinks and food and a pair or long tables for the kids to eat and hang out at but not sure what else to do and I don't want to mess up her first "I'm cool" type of party.
